Scenario: Can you help teacher B manage class with diverse students

English teacher B just change her job from public school to IB program school. She is so excited and also have some concern about classroom management.

Most of her students are mix culture and bilingual in their family. few students have ESL class outside of her class. The school provide 3 foreign language classes and the culture is very diverse. She asked her colleagues for some suggestion, one of colleagues said that she need to meet each family to communicate and share before the class. The other colleagues said to come up a classroom rule and meaningful lesson plan can help build classroom culture at beginning of semester.

Teacher B is confused now, and she don't know which is first step that she need to do.
