Purpose

Good educators are lifelong learners. Teachers are not just teaching students the lesson, also need to deal with different problems each semester. This website is trying to help teachers develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and creative skills from authentic
scenario-based learning, which can help to solve real classroom problems. Teachers can share experiences, suggestions, strategies that can help each other, so that benefit our students and classes.

​​Why are you here

Teachers are facing different situations every day, so they don’t have much time to receive long training sessions outside of work. For example, teachers will get orientation before each semester, workshops at the middle of the term, and students assessments and evaluations at the end of the school year. I totally understand the time value for teachers, so this website help teacher spend limited time to build classroom culture.

There is a lot of teaching training for teachers every year, and most of them are theoretical and formal. Teachers didn’t get appropriate and practical information from training. The target audiences are not fit for training, or the outcome did not match the time teachers spend. For example, our school had a workshop about how to teach a second language in two days. We learned a lot of theories but how to use the theories in teaching is not fully covered.
