Scenario: Do you have ideas for teacher A to create a positive classroom environment

Teacher A have hard time in classroom management.

Teacher A work in a class with Montessori setting, this is second year that she works in this environment. She always has problems dealing with misbehavior kids. School has policy that does not allow to make classroom rule and student timeout this year. Teacher A feel her work is getting harder and harder, because misbehavior kid can stop bothering the class, she feels the curriculum is unable to complete.

She asks school leader for help, but school leader only give little helps and tell her to find other resources to solve the problem. She is so depression and want to quit the job, but she earns 2 times of other schoolteachers’ salaries.
